Right of Withdrawal & Return Policy

With every purchase from our online store, you have 14 days to cancel the order. This period begins the day after you receive the product. We believe in our products and are here to support you whenever you need us.

You can email your cancellation to info@greenfurbished.nl. You will then receive the return address.
When requesting a return, we ask that you provide a reason for returning the product. This helps us improve our products and service.

You must return the goods without delay, but in any case no later than 14 days after the day on which you notified us of your decision to withdraw from the contract.

Trying out the product

You are welcome to try out the product just as you would in a physical store.
We ask that you return the product in its original packaging, if reasonably possible.

Please note: You are responsible for any loss in value if you use the product beyond what is necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, and functioning.

Accessories

The product must be returned with all included accessories.
If any accessories are missing or damaged, you will be charged for the cost of the accessories or for the resulting loss in value .

Damage or depreciation

If damage occurs during a trial or test period because the product was not used with care, we may charge you for the resulting loss in value.

Return shipping costs

You are responsible for the cost of returning the order.

Refund

We will refund the full purchase amount (including any shipping and payment fees) as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after receiving your notice of withdrawal. We may delay the refund until we have received the products or you have provided proof that you have sent them back. 

We will refund you using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, no fees will be charged for this

European standard form

You may also use the standard withdrawal form to notify us that you are canceling your purchase. However, you are not required to use this form.
