We cover shipping costs for orders of €200 or more. You can choose to have your order delivered to your home or pick it up at a service point.

Order by 6:00 PM for delivery within 1–3 business days

If you complete your order—including payment—by 6:00 PM, your order will be delivered by PostNL/DHL within 1–3 business days. PostNL/DHL does not deliver packages on national holidays. As soon as your order is ready to ship, you will receive a Track & Trace code via email that allows you to track your package.

Home delivery

If you are not home at the time of delivery, the delivery person will leave a “not at home” notice. With this notice, you can pick up your package at the nearest PostNL/DHL pickup location starting the next day. If you do not pick up the package, it will be returned to us after two weeks.
