01. Right of Withdrawal & Return Policy

With every purchase made in our online store, you have a 14-day cooling-off period to cancel the contract.

This period begins on the day after you receive the product.

We believe in our products and are here to support you whenever you need us.

02. How do you request a return?

You can submit your cancellation by email at info@greenfurbished.nl .

You will then receive information about returning your order.

When requesting a return, we ask that you preferably provide a reason why you are returning the product. This helps us improve our products and service . Providing a reason is not required.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay, but no later than 14 days after you have notified us of your decision to cancel.

03. Try out the product

You can try out the product just as you would in a brick-and-mortar store.

We ask that you return the product, preferably in its original packaging, to the extent that this is reasonably possible.

You are responsible for any loss in value if you use the product beyond what is necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, and functionality.

04. Included Accessories

The product should preferably be returned with all included accessories.

This also applies to any free accessories included, such as a case, screen protector, and charger.

If any accessories are missing or damaged, only the actual and demonstrable loss in value may be charged, to the extent permitted by law.

05. Damage or Depreciation

If, during the trial or testing period, damage occurs because the product was used beyond what is necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, and functionality, you may be charged for the resulting loss in value.

An opened package is not, in and of itself, a reason to refuse a return.

06. Return Shipping Costs

The direct costs of returning an order are your responsibility in the case of a standard cancellation.

If the wrong product was delivered or if the product does not conform to the agreement, then the applicable statutory consumer rights apply.

08. Refund

In the event of a valid cancellation, we will refund the purchase price as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after receiving your notice of cancellation.

In the event of a full cancellation, we will also refund the standard shipping costs for the original shipment, to the extent required by law. Any additional costs for a more expensive delivery method will not be refunded.

We may wait to issue a refund until we have received the products or until you have provided proof that you have returned them, whichever occurs first.

We will refund you using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you expressly agree to a different method of refund that does not incur any fees.

09. European Standard Withdrawal Form

You can also use the European Standard Withdrawal Form to indicate that you are canceling your purchase.

Use of this form is not required. A clear email stating that you are canceling your purchase is also sufficient.
