Right of Withdrawal & Return Policy
For every purchase made through our online store, you have a 14-day cancellation period to cancel the contract. This period begins the day after you receive the product. We have confidence in our products and are always ready to assist you when needed.
You can notify us of your withdrawal by email at info@greenfurbished.nl. You will then also receive the return address.
When requesting a return, please indicate the reason for returning the product. This helps us improve our products and service.
After you have notified us of your cancellation, we expect you to return the product within 3 days.
Product Trial
You can try the product just as you would in a physical store.
We ask that you return the product in its original packaging, if possible.
Please note: You are responsible for any depreciation of the product if you use it beyond what is necessary to verify its nature, characteristics, and functionality.
Accessories
The product must be returned with all included accessories.
If any accessories are missing or damaged, you may be charged for the cost of the accessories or the corresponding depreciation.
Damage or Depreciation
If damage occurs during the trial or testing of the product due to careless use, we may charge you for the resulting depreciation.
Return Shipping Costs
You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
Reimbursement
We will refund the amount paid within 14 days of receiving the returned product.
We will issue the refund only after we have actually received the returned product.
