In order to retain the right to terminate the agreement, the consumer must ensure that the products remain in their original condition. If the device is destroyed, damaged, or impaired through no fault of the customer, the customer is not deprived of the right to terminate the contract. If the value of the product has decreased as a result of unpacking it or testing its functionality, this does not mean that the consumer cannot request a refund.

FAQs

My order hasn't arrived yet. Where is it?

A client who is unhappy for a specific reason is a problem; a client who is unhappy but can’t quite put their finger on why is worse. Chances are there was a lack of collaboration, communication, and checkpoints, and there wasn’t a process that had been agreed upon or specified with the necessary level of detail.

It's a content strategy that went wrong right from the start. Avoiding the use of Lorem Ipsum wouldn't have helped, and it won't help now. It's like saying, "You're a bad designer—use less bold text, and don't use italics in every other paragraph." That's true enough, but that's not all it takes to get things back on track.

Do you deliver on public holidays?

If that’s what you think, how about the other way around? How can you evaluate content without design? No typography, no colors, no layout, no styles—all those elements that convey the important signals that go beyond the mere text: hierarchies of information, weight, emphasis, subtle stresses, priorities—all those subtle cues that also have visual and emotional appeal for the reader. Rigid proponents of content strategy may shun the use of dummy copy, but then designers might want to ask them to provide style sheets along with the copy decks they supply—style sheets that are in line with the design direction they require.

Then the question arises: where’s the content? Not there yet? That’s not so bad—placeholder text is here to save the day. But worse still, what if the fish doesn’t fit in the can, or the foot is too big for the boot? Or too small? Sentences that are too short, too many headings, images that are too large for the proposed design—or too small—or they fit but look off for some reason.
